As an admin, you can approve all submitted expense reports, even if you’re not assigned as an approver for that report. Reports can be approved individually or in bulk.
To begin, select the Expense reports tab in the left side panel then the All business reports page in the drop-down.
By default, you will see a list of submitted expense reports waiting for approval.
Approve expense reports in bulk
To approve reports in bulk, select the reports using the checkboxes then select the Approve button.
In the Approve expense reports pop-up, confirm your approval by selecting the Approve button.
Employees will be notified by email that their expense report was approved.
Approve individual expense reports
To approve individual reports, select the expense report by selecting on its row in the table on the page. After you’ve reviewed the expenses in the report, select the Approve as admin button on the top right of the page.
In the Approve expense report pop-up, confirm your approval by selecting the Approve report button.
Note: A report approved by an admin will be marked as approved and won’t require any further approvals from assigned approvers.
Once approved, the employee will be notified by email and the report will be visible in the Approved section.
