All your expenses and expense report activities—like sent back or approved— are recorded in their history section.
The history section captures the following:
Creation date
Edits to the expense fields
Status changes
Policy violations
Any edit approvers or admins made
View expense history
Go to any expense. In the View expense pop-up, select the history tab to the right of the receipts tab. Expense history will be displayed.
View expense report history
Go to an expense report. On the View report page, select the history tab. Expense report history will be displayed.
